Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is due on the day of class upon check-in. Acceptable forms of payments:

Credit Card payments (subject to a processing fee)

Online credit card payments: 3% fee in addition to total class price

In-person credit card payments: 3.5% fee in addition to total class price

Completion of ABC's defensive driving class does not mean automatic dismissal of your ticket. You must check and meet the eligibility requirements. If court records reveal that you are not eligible or do not comply to requirements, you will forfeit your class fees and the matter of your ticket will be set for a hearing.
1. Refund of the court diversion fee, state fee and the state surcharge shall result in restoration of the student’s eligibility for a defensive driving class.
2. ABC's class fees are non-refundable once a student has checked in on the day of the scheduled class.
